Accomplished and respected, Mary Robertson is a shareholder and director in the Norman office. Her practice primarily focuses on ERISA and employee benefits, insurance, and labor and employment laws. Her expertise ranges from debtor and creditor transactions to personnel law. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Oklahoma Bar Association, where she has served as an Associate Bar Examiner since 1988. In addition, she is an active member of the Defense Research Institute. Her success is highlighted in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma cases of the Oklahoma State Board of Equalization v. Milton C.
