As Vice President of Market Development, Mary oversees all Business Development and Marketing activity at Nakina Systems. Mary brings over 20 years of telecom experience to the company. Prior to joining Nakina Systems, Mary held executive positions at Nortel Networks, including Vice President of the Optera Metro product line and Director of R&D for Metro Optical Local Transport. Her executive management experience has included managing entire business units with overall P&L (profit/loss) responsibility, in addition to managing large R&D organizations. This includes having held overall responsibility for an organization with 300 employees and generating annual revenues in excess of $200 million. She also launched Nortel Networks' Preside product and holds the patent for scalability and reliability for the Preside Network Management architecture. Mary was educated at Acadia University, where she earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. |
