Mary McLeod was named senior vice president of Pfizer's Worldwide Talent Development and Human Resources in April 2007. She served in this role on an interim basis from January to April.
Mary has more than 25 years of experience working with companies to accelerate growth by enhancing the effectiveness of organizations and their people. She has helped several companies develop the strategy, structure, culture and people needed to exceed business goals and achieve long-term exceptional performance. She has extensive expertise in start-up, turnaround, and high-growth companies, notably in aligning business practices with corporate goals, strategies, and values.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Mary was an executive vice president of Korn Consulting Group, a firm specializing in helping companies through large-scale change. Before joining Korn, she led Human Resources for Symbol Technologies and was the head of Human Resources for Charles Schwab, where she was also chief of staff for Schwab's CEO. In addition, she has worked for Cisco Systems and GE. Mary earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a master's degree from the University of Missouri. |
