Mary’s responsibility, as VP of Human Resources, is the management of all strategic and operational HR programs. In this corporate role, Mary creates and delivers high quality human resources programs dedicated to supporting VanguardMS' strategic mission and worldwide business goals. In addition to these responsibilities, she handles corporate benefits, organizational development and employee recruitment. Prior to joining VanguardMS, Mary served 20 years at Motorola in several employee relations and benefits positions. Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Boston State College. |
