She offers clients proven strengths in rapidly evaluating existing operations and understanding the talent and skills required for leading change/improvement initiatives from vision through successful completion. Mary has valuable experience in a variety of organizational environments and understands the key factors for success in challenging search assignments. She provides significant knowledge and insight with turnarounds, enterprise-wide implementations, critical performance improvements, and crisis management. Mary has extensive experience in call and contact center management having built, transformed and managed large and small organizations. Her experience spans diverse industries from TV Shopping channels, online consumer software sales, to recreational boats and yachts. Her success in recruiting and developing highly effective teams that deliver business results provides a solid foundation from which she assists Chandler Group clients with the acquisition of top talent. Mary's focus is to identify executives who will help clients deliver world class service to their industry. Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is certified to teach biology, chemistry and physics. |
