Mary has nearly twenty years experience in research and consulting in financial services, including specific expertise in the areas of payment systems and media, delivery systems, and financial products and services across retail and corporate business lines. Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and analysis, Mary routinely applies primary and secondary research data to the design and definition of strategic initiatives and actionable recommendations for consulting clients. Prior to joining ESP, Mary was a Vice President and Managing Director of the Consulting Group of PSI Global. Before this, Mary managed her own consulting company, executing projects ranging in focus from product development and concept testing, to competitive assessments and strategic business planning for major banks and technology vendors.
