Mary Cabanski is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Ms. Cabanski specializes in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on international and domestic trademark prosecution, counseling and enforcement. Ms. Cabanski has advised clients in a wide variety of industries. Representative clients are in the fields of computer security software and appliances, consumer and business software publishing, consumer electronics, telecommunications, medical diagnostic device companies, social networking and online community businesses, and mobile entertainment service providers. Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Ms. Cabanski practiced intellectual property law in Silicon Valley at Pillsbury Winthrop and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosatti, and at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, D.C. She previously clerked for the Honorable Moody R. Tidwell at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. |
