Mary Scholz Barber is Vice President, Candidate Acquisition and Marketing of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and executive search organization providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Mary joined Cejka Search in 2006, bringing 25 years of combined corporate and agency experience that includes more than a decade working with clients across the entire spectrum of the healthcare industry. In her career, Mary’s work has encompassed branding, collateral, advertising, direct marketing, interactive media and PR. As a member of Cejka Search’s senior management team, Mary is focused on effectively communicating and connecting the organization with current and prospective clients, candidates and employees. She has lead the implementation of best practices in candidate acquisition and the publication of industry trend surveys on the topics of compensation, leadership, recruitment and retention. Prior to joining Cejka Search, Mary was a practice leader with the largest independent marketing communications firm headquartered in St. Louis and spent a decade directing corporate communications and investor relations for a leading, publicly traded Midwest regional bank holding company. Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Louis University. |
