Her practice includes litigation in federal courts on matters relating to trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret, trade dress, right of publicity, unfair competition and false advertising, as well as enforcement and prosecution actions in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, domain name disputes, trademark clearance and registration, licensing and general counseling.

Successfully defended well-known founders of a youth-oriented cable television channel against efforts to enjoin the launch of their cable channel, Current TV in Current Communications Group LLC v. Current Media LLC, 76 USPQ2d 1686 (DC SD Ohio 2005); currently representing the channel in trademark infringement action currently pending in the District of Minnesota
Representing well-known U.S. shoe company in a false advertising case pending in the Southern District of Ohio
Represented famous cosmetics company in a right of publicity case in Southern District of New York, opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and trademark portfolio matters
Representing Fortune 50 health care company in various opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
