Mary Pat Maher is our Director of Kitchen Operations with over 20 years of life experience making great food and building teams that care. She has enjoyed great success as an Executive Chef, Food Production Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor and Trainer. Mary Pat's leadership umbrellas our entire food operations and also extends out to her Fourth & Fifth Grade Girl Scout Troop to cook on camp stoves and open fires. We actually think her middle name might be “Consistency” as she strives for the first Grilled Wild Salmon Sandwich is the same as her 19,528th.
