Mary Olson joined the firm as a paralegal in 2006. Prior to joining Faegre, she was employed as a commercial closer at Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mary has 18 years of experience as both a residential and commercial closer. During her years at Commonwealth she closed and insured some of the most complicated transactions in the Twin Cities, including the development of North Star Lofts, StoneArch/Washburn Lofts and Park Avenue Condominiums; acquisition and construction closing of University/Dale Library Project; University of St. Thomas Campus expansion; the Falls/Pinnacle sale; and the BD St. Anthony Mills Apartment Project, which was voted as Deal of the Year by Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network. |
