Mary Baker is a partner with the firm. Her practice emphasis is civil litigation, including commercial and business litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property and trademark litigation, commercial bankruptcy, landlord-tenant disputes, as well as some personal injury work. Ms. Baker represents clients in various federal courts, as well as state courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Ms. Baker graduated from Georgetown University Law Center (cum laude) in 1990 and from Clemson University (summa cum laude) in 1987.
