Mary L. Petrovich is CEO of AxleTech International in Troy, Michigan, a supplier of off-highway and specialty vehicle drivetrain systems and components. She was elected a director of Woodward in 2002. She previously served as president of Dura Automotive's Driver Controls Division, where she had management responsibility for the $870 million global business unit with over 7600 employees. Petrovich also held a variety of leadership positions at AlliedSignal Friction Materials and AlliedSignal Automotive Products Group. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. |
