Ms. Hahn is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group. She focuses her practice in banking and finance, representing major commercial banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending, letter of credit and other credit facilities. Her work includes negotiating, documenting, and closing loan transactions secured by private equity interests, hedge fund interests, investment securities, fine art, real property, aircraft and various other types of collateral. Her practice regularly involves offshore as well as domestic entities.
