Management of Food, Nutrition and Hospitality Services is the responsibility of Mary Kimbrough. She has total creative and fiscal leadership for patient food service, clinical services, catering, cafeteria operations, c-store, and the retail gift shops. Her sound philosophies of "always striving to exceed expectations" and "treat your staff as your best customer" are the guiding factors in her success. Her department serves an average of 3,000 meals each day with an annual budget of over $5 million. Mary is a member of HFM, ADA, IACP, and is the 1998 winner of IFMA's Silver Plate Award and the IVY Award for Healthcare, the 2001 Woman of the Year for Health Care Food Services and the Texas Dietetic Association's 2002 Distinguished Dietitian Award. |
