As Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources, Mary Good provides strategic direction for employee relations, work/life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development. She also promotes SRA’s core values.
Prior to joining SRA, Good served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities for Blackboard, Inc., an educational software company. During her tenure she led HR initiatives related to acquisition and international expansion, and developed leadership and succession programs. Good also spent 15 years with American Management Systems where she led strategic projects like a global employee relations program and innovative work/life programs.
Good serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is a founding member of the Penn State’s Women’s Leadership initiative, a program focused on accelerating the leadership development of women in their junior year of college. She is also a past Commissioner with the Human Rights Commission of Arlington, Virginia. Good holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University and a M.B.A. in Concentration in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University.
