Mary E. Foley has served as a director of Omnicell since May 2005. Ms. Foley is the associate director of the Center for Research and Innovation in Patient Care at the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing. Formerly the president of both the American Nurses Association and the California Nurses Association, Ms. Foley has more than 30 years of experience in patient care and nursing education. She worked as a staff nurse and director of nursing at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco for nearly 20 years and has been a member of the clinical and graduate faculty at the San Francisco State University School of Nursing. In addition, Ms. Foley serves on the advisory board of the Partnership for Patient Safety and the board of directors of the National Patient Safety Foundation. Ms. Foley has a diploma in nursing from the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, a B.S. degree in nursing from the Boston University School of Nursing, and a M.S. degree in nursing administration and occupational health from the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing. |
