Ms. Maloney is an assistant legal and administrative officer of NACCO. While she assists in the oversight of all legal, corporate and administrative activities of the Company and its subsidiaries, Ms. Maloney specializes in the areas of employee benefits and compensation, labor law and human resources. Prior to joining NACCO, she was a partner in the law firm of Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio where she was co-chair of the Firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice.
Ms. Maloney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron, a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University and a Masters of Laws in Taxation degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is admitted to practice of law in Ohio and is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations. |
