Mary McGinley is an associate at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Tort Litigation Groups. In her practice, Ms. McGinley has represented a broad range of corporations in a variety of matters including closely held corporations in shareholder disputes and leading manufacturers in product liability suits. She has also represented individuals in estate litigation matters before the Orphans Court.Ms. McGinley is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.Ms. McGinley is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association. She serves as a mentor to students of the Penn State University College of Liberal Arts and participates in the University’s Law Career Day where students have the opportunity to explore the possibility of attending law school and entering the legal profession.Ms. McGinley received her Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1999 and received her Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2002. While in law school, she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and studied at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. |
