Mary Ann Altergott is Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. As a member of the senior management team Mary Ann leads the company’s human resources function including recruiting performance management talent development community giving compensation and benefits.
Previously she was a Principal at The Clermont Group which delivers global human resources executive coaching and organizational development consulting services to a multi-national client base. Mary Ann also served in a senior human resources role for global risk management at Bank of America. She was responsible talent management compensation organizational development and senior leadership selection. Additionally Altergott spent over ten years in a series of senior HR and operational roles with The Pillsbury Company. |
