Dr. Stanford, 47, has been a Director since July 2005 and is a member of the Audit, Stock Option, Executive Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees. Dr. Stanford has been a Professor of Accounting at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University since 2002.
