Mary A. Moy is a Partner in the New York office of Ladas & Parry LLP. She specializes in federal court litigation, trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting programs, most notably representing world-renowned designers and companies in the luxury goods industry. She is also active in the emerging field of Internet law and cyberpiracy, assisting clients in protecting their valuable intellectual property rights in cyberspace on a worldwide basis, and has written on trademarks and copyrights for numerous intellectual property publications. Ms. Moy received her B.A. from Wellesley College and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Business Law. She previously served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Glenn E. Mencer of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, was an associate with Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, and acted as Associate Counsel - Trademarks and Copyrights, for the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company |
