Marvin founded Kaulkin Ginsberg Company in 1989 to specialize in middle market mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Marvin served as president of a financial advisory firm's M and A subsidiary serving business owners and individuals. From 1962-1982, he was President and CEO of a regional floor covering distributor servicing northeast and mid-Atlantic states.
Marvin is a member and former director of the Institute of Merger and Acquisition Professionals(IMAP), a member of the Association for Corporate Growth(ACG), and a member of the American Collectors Association(ACA). He has been a practicing Certified Financial Planner(CFP) and was a director of the National Capitol chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth(ACG). Marvin is considered an expert in the field of middle market mergers and acquisitions, and has authored many articles on this activity and the affairs of the debt collection industry. A graduate of Lafayette College, he has a B. S. degree in economics. |
