In his role as CIO, Mr. Hoffman oversees the Information Technologies (IT) organization. IT is responsible for the IT infrastructure and the procurement, development and deployment of computer applications for NTS. He joined NTS as part of the merger with XXCAL, a company he founded in 1976. During his career with NTS, Mr. Hoffman has been the CEO of the IT Staffing and Managed Services Organization. He is a member of several Strategic Advisory Boards of privately held corporations and the Curriculum Committees at Los Angeles City College were he taught IT classes part time for 25 years. He is also president of the Los Angeles City College Foundation and a member of the Citizen's Oversight Committees for the $2.1 Billion Bond to bring the Community College district campuses up to date so they can deliver quality education to more students. Mr. Hoffman holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Mathematics, as well as a Data Processing Life Teaching Credential |
