Having over 36 years of experience with Texaco, Mr. Dimond retired as President and CEO of Texaco Lubricants Company, North America, in 1990. Since that time, Dimond has worked as an independent management consultant to assist companies worldwide in improving bottom line profitability by applying the knowledge and experience gained from working in all aspects of supply, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of petroleum products for Texaco, with major emphasis on bringing new products profitably to market that are aimed at protecting the environment. As a Director of AMDURA Corporation (a NYSE company) from 1991 to 1995, Dimond was involved in bringing the company out of bankruptcy, refinancing it, and putting it on a profitable basis so that it could be subsequently sold. From 1990 until its sale to an employee in 1999, Dimond was also Director, President, and CEO of Switzerland of America, Inc., a family owned and operated one-stop recreation provider in Ouray, CO. Dimond has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 1995. |
