Mr. Hansen has extensive experience in commercial real estate portfolio management, asset management, production of new investments, and investment servicing. He is accomplished in acquiring, developing, redeveloping, leasing, managing and disposing of real estate equities; in addition to originating, underwriting, closing, collecting, and restructuring mortgage loans. This experience includes such diverse investments as shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, industrial properties, hotels, motels, and apartments.
In the past, he served as an independent real estate consultant for Kemper Financial Services, Inc. and as Assistant Director, Real Estate Owned, for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Prior to that, he acquired extensive experience in all phases of mortgage and real estate investment as an Officer of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. |
