Marty joined the firm of Klein & Heuchan, Inc. in 1985 after more than eighteen years in the automotive leasing field and shopping center management.
A graduate of the University of Miami (Florida) Business School, with a major in accounting, formal education continues for Marty past his degree in Business to an extensive list of professional courses in sale management and real estate.
An ex-Marine, Marty's Clearwater affiliations include Clearwater Rotary, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.
Marty specializes in the leasing and selling of office, commercial, retail, and industrial properties, and tenant representation.
Marty, his wife, Betty, and family moved to Clearwater from Cincinnati in 1980. |
