Rogoff joined FMP in August 2006. In his role as VP of Operations, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of FMP and for developing the processes, policies and procedures that support FMP's profitable sales growth. Rogoff has over 20 years of operations experience working with a number of regional and national businesses, with direct experience in managing sales, budgets, customer service, distribution, human resources and policy compliance. He has worked for Bloomingdale's, Silo and Cole National, and, from 2004-2006, was visiting professor of marketing and retailing at Philadelphia University. Rogoff earned an MBA in Management and Corporate Strategy from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. |
