Foster is responsible for all clinical and systems quality performance, as well as risk management, for the hospital. After starting her career as a medical/surgical nurse she became critical care nurse, before working in Quality Services leadership positions at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital, Huntington Memorial Hospital and Century City Hospital. Before her current position, Foster was the Chief Nurse Executive and Vice President, Quality Services at Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center in Hawthorne, CA. Foster holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and will receive a master’s in Organizational Management in 2007. |
