Mr. Schwenner has been a Vice President of Magnetek since 2003 and was the Company’s Controller from 2002 until 2006, when he was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schwenner served as Vice President of Finance for Magnetek’s Power Electronics Group from 1998 until 2002, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s European Operations from 1992 to 1998. He was Magnetek’s Internal Audit Manager from 1991 until 1992, having joined the Company as an Internal Auditor in 1989. Before coming to Magnetek, Mr. Schwenner was a Financial Analyst with Nortek, Inc. since 1985. He holds a Managerial Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Internal Auditor. |
