Ms. Turcotte was appointed Chief Legal Officer of BCE Inc. in June 1999. She first joined BCE in August 1988 as Legal Counsel and has held numerous positions in the BCE group with Bell Canada International BCE Media and Bell Canada.
Ms. Turcotte holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration ("MBA") from the London Business School a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Common Law (LL.B.) from McGill University and is a member of the Quebec Bar Association.
