Martin was born in Columbus, Ohio but moved to South Florida shortly after he was born. An avid sports fan, Martin was the original Batboy for the Florida Marlins.You can find him in his office filled with OhioState paraphernalia. Martin resides in Davie, FL with his wife Randi, daughters Sydney and Alexa, and dog Riley. Martin joined the Recruiting Profession after graduating with his Law Degree and Master's of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from Ohio State and Nova Southeastern Law and Business School on 2000. Martin started his education by earning his Degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1997. In just over 6 years, Martin has surpassed $3.5 Million in career sales. In every year eligible, Mr. Schwartz has earned President's Club honors and has achieved Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) status as one of the elite of MRI.In 2002, in his first year as an Account Executive, Mr. Schwartz won the 1st annual big elephant award, which was a 75K placement and the largest placement during that year.In 2003, he was #3 in the world as a solo producer and #1 in the South Atlantic Region. In 2004 Mr. Schwartz and his team were ranked #3 in the South Atlantic. In 2005, his team was ranked #2 in the South Atlantic and #9 in the World. In 2006, his team was ranked #1 Worldwide in the MRI Network out of 4,500 recruiters.
