Martin is founder of McEvoy Associates Ltd./Signium International, an Executive Search & Selection Consultancy established in 1995. He has over twenty years experience running private sector recruitment organisations in the United Kingdom and Ireland and prior to setting up his own practice, was General Manager of a Specialist Marketing and Sales Recruitment Consultancy.

Martin graduated in marketing from Trinity College and the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin. He was the recipient of the Japan Ireland Economic Association Fellowship Award, is an active member and immediate past Chairman of the Marketing Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Ireland Japan Association.

McEvoy Associates joined Signium International in 2001.
