Martin Litwin has been in conventional real estate lending since 1984 when he obtained his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985.
Prior to that, he was a private money loan consultant, putting hard money lenders and borrowers together. He has a strong ability to place difficult loans and he stays current with first time home buyer programs.
Fast, on-time closings are always a priority, as is a smooth escrow closing.
