While on the Verizon Southeast Marketing team, Martin led the vendor-based 80-member sales team, improving the channel’s regional sales from 40% to nearly 50%. His analysis of campaign metrics to determine the ROI to a granular level by tactic allows for seamless messaging realignment and continual result improvement. At Teasdale Worldwide, a Tampa boutique marketing firm, Martin brought his hi-tech and marketing expertise to bear. Managing a diverse client base of existing customers including the biotech and RFID verticals, he added financial services to his portfolio with his acquisition of PSCU as a core client. At Maritz Canada, Martin was responsible for all aspects of sales training for Ford Motor Company of Canada including online e-learning, distance learning with live trainers, and event-based, advanced hands-on training courses.
