Mr. Griffiths, prior to joining Maguire Properties, was a partner at Deloitte Tax, LLP where he ran the real estate tax group for the Pacific Southwest. Preceding Deloitte, Mr. Griffiths was a partner in the real estate tax practice at Arthur Andersen where he worked from 1985 to 2002. He has worked closely with the Maguire organization for over 20 years and has represented numerous public and private real estate companies in his career including Douglas Emmett Realty, Thomas Properties Group, Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Macerich Company.
