Martin Grazier is a vice president in CRA’s Chemicals & Petroleum practice based in London. Mr. Grazier has considerable experience and achievement delivering successful business turnarounds in complex, strategic change programs within the oil & gas industries. He has specific expertise in generating the momentum for structural change in organizations and the consequent need for competitive repositioning. Mr. Grazier has recently advised an Upstream oil & gas client based in Asia on key aspects of a multi-billion-dollar cross border acquisition. He has also advised private equity clients working on large downstream marketing acquisitions. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Grazier spent more than 20 years with the Royal Dutch Shell Group with leading roles in a number of global change programs, and in the Shell strategic consultancy where he worked on a wide range of strategy projects to improve and to reposition Shell’s oil and gas businesses. Mr. Grazier also worked in general management and operational roles leading start-ups and developing new businesses in a number of oil markets in Asia, in the Middle East, and in the Americas. |
