Martin Anderson is responsible for the daily operations of the Allconnect voice channel, which includes the following: Call center sales, Customer care, Training, Quality Assurance, Order Entry and Support Services. With over 15 years of industry experience, Anderson is a recognized leader in the customer service and outsourcing services industry. Previously, he served as a Partner and Global VP of Customer Care Solutions and Operations for PFSweb, Inc., where he was responsible for global call center operations and managed client service relationships for 35 Fortune 1000 companies. He is the former VP of Sales Operations for Daisytek International, where he was responsible for North American sales operations and worldwide customer service. Anderson earned a B.S. in Business Communications from Jackson State University.Martin's Move story I am not a Full time resident of Atlanta. I hold dual residences in both Atlanta and Dallas commuting weekly. I stayed in a hotel for 8 months before securing a local residence because I dreaded the move.
