Martin Aydelott is the head of the Estates and Trusts Department at Mackall, Crounse & Moore. He manages and administers estates, trusts, and similar fiduciary relationships. Martin’s practice also includes a heavy emphasis on the income and estate tax planning issues involved in such relationships in order to maximize the tax benefits available to his clients. Because of his experience, Martin is often retained to help resolve and, if necessary, litigate disputes involving the administration of estates and trusts.With over 30 years’ of experience in the area, Martin has counseled scores of families on wealth management and intergenerational administrative difficulties, balancing tax planning with each family’s individual administrative needs.
