Martin R. Hoffmann, 74, has served as a Director of SeaChange since January 1995. In addition, Mr. Hoffmann currently is engaged as a full-time consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Hoffmann served as Of Counsel to the Washington D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from January 1996 until July 2000. From April 1995 to January 1996, Mr. Hoffmann maintained a law practice and business consulting practice. He was a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Center for Policy, Industry and Industrial Development at Massachusetts Institute of Technology from May 1993 to April 1995, prior to which, from April 1989, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Hoffmann is a member of the Board of Directors of Castle Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Chairman of the Board of Mitretek Systems, a nonprofit technology consulting and services company. |
