Mr. Denney is a shareholder who practices in the litigation section. Experienced in coordinating complex tort litigation in multi-state region including discovery coordination, trial preparation and trial work. Adept at early case evaluation and analysis including case analysis through jury research and mock trials. Concentration in defense of personal injury claims associated with the use of consumer products such as automobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, tractor-trailers, pharmaceuticals, hand tools, and medical devices. Mr. Denney is a member of the Utah State Bar, American Bar Association, Davis County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the Federal Bar Association. He has served as a Utah State Tax Commission Appeals Examiner and a Presenter at the Utah State Bar Annual Meeting: "Effective Use of Trial Exhibits." |
