Mr. Rizzo was a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Midwest Research * Maxus Group Limited (Midwest), a sell-side equity research and trading firm. Midwest was established in 1996 and acquired by First Tennessee Securities Corporation on January 2, 2001. Prior to forming Midwest, Mr. Rizzo was the Chief Financial Officer of Roulston and Company, Inc. a Cleveland based money management and investment research firm. Mr. Rizzo joined Roulston in 1984 and was a Vice-President in the Corporate Finance Department, Senior Vice President and Director of Management Information Systems prior to becoming the Firms Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Rizzo earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting at John Carroll University. |
