Martin P. Florman is a Shareholder in the firm’s Business Practices Group in Orange County. He represents global, middle market and emerging growth companies in general corporate matters, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Florman has extensive experience counseling both public and private companies on issues related to private placements, public offerings, disclosure compliance, venture finance agreements, stock options, employment agreements, corporate partnering agreements, and the structuring and negotiation of leveraged employee stock ownership plan transactions. Mr. Florman is also an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University School of Law, where he teaches Business Planning. He is also Chair of the Business and Corporate Law Section for the Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Florman earned his J.D. at Southwestern University School of Law and his B.A. in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
