Mr. Becker comes to PrintVision from the Criminal Justice Coordinator’s Office (in the Office of the Mayor, City of New York) as the Associate Coordinator/Agency Chief Contracting Officer. Mr. Becker was responsible for overseeing all procurement including RFP’s and other solicitations, drafting contracts, processing contract documents and administration of the contracts in areas including indigent criminal defense, victim services, alternatives to incarceration; oversight of City’s provision of indigent criminal defense; involved in overseeing arrest-to-arraignment process; as well as some work on technology projects. An attorney and procurement specialist, Mr. Becker has agreed to assist PrintVision with client presentation and analysis along with investigating the potential of new and ongoing opportunities for the firm. |
