Martin Rosenstein is a transactional attorney and corporate advisor whose practice focuses particularly on federal and state tax matters.
Martin has in-depth experience across a broad spectrum of tax-centered issues and planning needs. He advises clients on tax-related transactions, such as investments for tax-exempt governmental and corporate retirement entities, endowments and foundations and pooled tax-exempt investment vehicles; public and private real estate equity and debt offerings, including New York Stock Exchange listed REITs, institutional equity and debt offerings involving tax-exempt entities, real estate leveraged lease and sale/leaseback transactions, and corporate liquidations; and partnership tax issues and state and local income tax matters. In addition, he addresses tax controversies involving major multi-national corporations.
