Martin G. McGuinn has been a member of our Board of Directors since August 2006. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon Financial Corporation until February 2006 where he spent 25 years in a number of positions. Mr. McGuinn recently concluded a one-year term as Chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable. He served as the 2005 President of the Federal Reserve Board’s Advisory Council. Mr. McGuinn also serves on several nonprofit boards including Carnegie Mellon University the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. |
