Martin G. Carver, age 57, was elected Chairman of the Board effective June 23, 1981, Chief Executive Officer effective May 18, 1982, and President effective May 25, 1983. Mr. Carver was also Vice Chairman of the Board from January 5, 1981 to June 23, 1981. He is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Carver has been a director since 1978.
