Mr. Spiro has served as a director of American Bank since 1996 and of American Bank Incorporated since its formation in 2001. Mr. Spiro retired in 1987 from garment manufacturing and currently is an investor in bank and thrift stocks. From 1990 until 1994, Mr. Spiro was a director of VSB Bancorp, Inc. in Closter, New Jersey when it was acquired by UJB Financial. From 1990 until 1992, Mr. Spiro was a director of Flagship Financial Corp. in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, when it was acquired by PNC Financial. |
