As a founding partner of Caras and Shulman, Marty has helped the firm develop a diverse client base within a broad spectrum of industries that include services, healthcare, manufacturing, and closely held family businesses. Now serving as managing director of the firm, he is responsible for the overall management of Caras and Shulman, including human resource development, financial systems, information systems, policy and procedures and the development of strategic alliances to help the firm continue its growth in the expanding global economy. Marty is also the principal-in-charge of consulting engagements for small and developing businesses. Throughout the years, he has worked closely with emerging and established firms to help them successfully achieve their desired business and personal objectives. Marty is a graduate of Bentley College, a licensed certified public accountant, and a registered investment advisor.
