Prior to Cell Pathways, Ms. Manning was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary with U.S. Bioscience, Inc., an oncology focused pharmaceutical company that was successfully acquired by MedImmune, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Manning was General Counsel at the Wistar Institute, the nation's oldest independent, non-profit, biomedical research organization. Before joining Wistar, she was with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Ms. Manning is a member of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) General Counsel Committee. Ms. Manning received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania School of Law and her B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. |
